Q1. What's your MOQ ? Can I have a sample order ?
A: Our MOQ is 10pcs each model , and we welcome sample order to test quality at first time
Q2. What about your lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks depends on order quantity and model.
Q3. How to process the order?
A: Please contact us online or send us email, we will send you PI, once receiving your payment, we will send out goods assp and provide you the tracking number later.
Q4. What's your payment method ?

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT door to door. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional

1) send us the logo files, once receiving your payment(large order 30%), we will arrange to design the logo;
2) after received your confirmation of the logo, we will do sample and send it to you check;
3) if you confirm the sample is ok, we will produce the mass;
4) once ready, please pay the rest payment and we will send out goods ;
Q7: What is the guarantee of the products and how about the returns?
1) 12 months warranty for the WiFi Security Alarm System
2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
3) Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or replace with new one ;
4) If there are only several pieces accessory(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, please send us some pictures and videos about the detail problem. Once confirmed the problem, we will send you free new goods together with your next order.
